Q - What types of payment do
we accept?
A - We accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and
Delta.
Q - What if I cannot find a particular
image?
A - Our database is continually being updated with new
Images however on request Collect Art track down a particular picture
for you , so please e-mail us at enquiry@collect-art.com and let us know
what you're looking for.
Q - Does Collect Art have a guarantee?
A - If for any reason you are not happy with your item,
you can return it within 10 days for a refund but you must contact us
first for authorisation. Goods returned which are not defective or faulty
will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.
Q - How long does it take to
get my order delivered?
A - All prints are normally despatched within 48 hours
and can be expected within 7-10 days. All prints are either delivered
in a tube or flat packed. You are responsible for paying any duties or
import charges applicable.
Q - What if I receive my order
and it is damaged?
A - Keep the packaging material. Collect Art will have
the products picked up, at our expense, and give you the option of a full
refund or a replacement at no charge to you.
Q - Can I cancel my order after it has
been submitted?
A - Any order can be cancelled within 24 hours of the
time it was submitted?
