This is an absoutely fantastically amazing piece of artwork! Saw it in a gallery and it took me aback. I had to look at it three times to see how on earth it was seeming to move, the whole thing seems to move! Brilliant!

We have this in our school! Talk about the "WOW" factor!!!!!
The staff have been "wow"ing it . . . from the moment it was hung. The children (3 to 11 year olds) have all found something different in it - the youngest ones discussed the "children" as themselves, older ones were seen 'dancing' in front of it - for the optical illusion. After SATs there will be a competition set - to find the titles of all the paintings depicted within this piece.
One day we would love to welcome John Wilson in to our school, to thank him in person!

It is almost pointless TRYING to photograph this piece; it needs to be experienced. You need to be able to stand well back from it to fully appreciate it and you'll want to spend hours doing so.
