I have an original watercolour of 'Ariadne' and often wondered if it was a copy or a practice painting prior to the original. It is signed on the front - W. RUSSELL.FLINT. What do you think?
It is quality framed by John Mathiesons of George Street, Edinburgh, but I wonder at it's authenticity and thought that it could not be by Flint. Wouldn't it be nice if it really is his work.
